Rare 19thc collection of three matching Italian mirrors--repousse silver gilt brass over wood mount--ca 1860s-originally designed to hold Catholic mass prayers in Italian church--surface has been varnished--large piece is 25 inches wide and 23.5 inches-two smaller pieces 15.5 inches high and 13 inches wide--you can change look by removing varnish and polish or gild the pieces--polished they would impart a silvered gold gilt appearance--no condition problems-style is Baroque revival--rare collection -very decorative

Rare beautifully carved Black Forest, last quarter, 19th century mirror hat rack-stained dark oak-no condition problems-appears to have original beveled glass mirror--deep carving-accommodates 10 hats-hangers are caved wood different sizes-longest one extends 8 inches--piece is 39 inches wide and 29 inches high--carved twins or puttis represented--motif usually found on Portuguese pieces, but the many acorns point to German or French--fine art and function design
