striking Art Deco bronze of a lady and a panther on the hunt-lost wax process-fine details-subject could represent Diana but Diana seldom carries a spear and usually does not hunt with a panther-could be Cybel who was raised by panthers when abandoned on a mountain side by a father who preferred a male child or it could simply be an Amazon on the hunt--signed on base by M.Oliverio-probably Portuguese or even Brazilean--style is pure Art Deco-no condition problems-16.75 inches high-7 inch by 3.75 inch base--ca 1920s-green/brown patina-loin cloth appears to be cast as feathers
