| Striking Bronze Swiss/German sculpture by Hans and Helene Zimmermann-Gassmann--Danse Macabre subject-called Totentanz in German-11.5 inches high and 4.5 inches wide and 4 inches deep--signed H.O.H. with both artists name--there is a foundry mark on the rear base of the statue in the form of a rombic mark--the artists appear to be relatively famous in Swiss intellectual circles--they seem to have an almost cult-like following--the statue is one figure of 22 different poises of the same subject--Bronze work and patinization is first rate--a folio with photos of all 22 statues accompanies the bronze--this subject is called the mischief maker--no condition problems-20th century sculpture | |||||||||||||||
